RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product or an error on our part.

We recommend using a 777 Lorry Transport Delivery of the goods to ensure the safe and documented return of the item.

Exchange goods will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Refunds:

Goods sold no refund. Customer can request for exhange goods subjected to approval by us

If approved, the exchange goods will be processed within 3~7 working days

Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, please contact sales team to arrange the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any price differences will be handled accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Products:
